Enable Bedrock models and set up dev environment in Sagemaker Studio.

In this lab, we will use LLMs from Amazon Bedrock and JupyterLab as the dev environment via Sagemaker Studio.

In this lab, we will use chat completion LLMs available on Amazon Bedrock. But first, you need to enable the models.

You will be using a Jupyter Notebook in Sagemaker Studio as the dev environment for the rest of the lab.
